I visited the restaurant today after the lunch rush to order two sandwiches. The staff haphazardly piled the vegetables in the center of the sandwiches and rolled their eyes when I requested that they spread them out more evenly. When I ordered meals for both sandwiches, the total came to $13.89. I handed over $20.89, but the cashier refused to accept the change and claimed that I didn’t know what I was doing. I eventually gave in and took the $6.11 in change, as if doing the math in our heads was a challenge. Afterward, I tried to get ice for my drinks, only to be told by another staff member that the ice machine was broken. There was no notice about it, nor did the cashier mention anything. Overall, I was not impressed at all.
