Subway - Madison

I would typically give this restaurant a 10 out of 10 for their friendly staff, but today was a different story. The server with the blonde wig was horrible, showing no personality as she carelessly threw together our sandwiches. Her unenthusiastic attitude was very off-putting and not a good representation for the business.

I would highly recommend this subway. service was wonderfully polite very pleasant. the workers alex riva were very friendly and patient with my asking they are extremely sufficient and fast on their service and my sub was really fresh and tasty especially when I noticed that I could see everything and put them together and with my own eyes watching the quality of everything and how delicious everything looked and how fresh it was. I had a good look and they were very kind to help me very quickly. all subway restaurants look quite the same and they all should be set up with the same service, but I highly recommend that they try this home service and eating it is really worth it!

I wouldn't give a star, but it won't leave me, so it's 1. I called 5 times to order the king, maybe they were just busy. then I went in and called again....3 employees served in the front with 2 in the line. No one would answer that phone. that is not possible to run a business and the manager should be held responsible as they also plan.

I tried to call several times, but no answer. I wanted to put an order on the phone. I'm here and the load was empty and evil. I asked a hired what the number of the shops was to make sure I called the right number, and I was and she said she put the phone, is why they didn't answer it. I ordered two turkey feet. when he was finished repairing the sandwiches, he cut my base with a knife that is covered in tuna. he tried to wipe off some of the thun fish from the knife before he cut my lower part with the counter, but my lower part still tasted like thun fish. my son didn't eat his sandwich.

My husband just picked up two subs and when he got home they were not what he ordered.How does this happen?You have to stand in line and follow your order down the line.People need to pay attention to what they are doing.
