Wendy's - Madison

I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was served hot and fresh. Absolutely delicious!

Salads are looking better this visit. The salads were smaller and missing ingredients because of supply chain problems last two months. Glad to see things returning to normal, at least for now, in regards to Wendy's. The staff was in better spirits also.

The restaurant seems to be cutting corners on everything. I suppose they realize that customers placing to-go orders at the drive-thru are less likely to return and voice their complaints. The picture shows the frosty cookie sundae, and I highly recommend you Google what it’s supposed to look like. They didn't even include the sauce! The rest of the food followed the same trend; I had to ask for butter and sour cream for my potato, along with all the utensils.

Had I not had good food previously I would have rated 3 stars for today. My tea was as clear as a sprite with a day of coke for slight color. My burger had hard bread. If I didn't have contractors at my home I would have come back. I called twice and did not get an answer. Today was a VERY BAD experience. Hope this is not indicative of future experience and food quality. Highly disappointed

Good,fast and all my food was there... Can't ask much more from a fast food joint these days..
