Bidra med feedbackI'm going to the drive-thru the lady is so RUDE! Not here and there, but every time!
Had an online order and when I came to the store, it was closed for the redesign so that I did not get my order, but I was still charged and did NOT get a refund I tried the Madisonville location. I called the company office, and I wrote to them on their website and none of them yet.
My daughter and I just went through the drive thru and the guy at the window was very rude. He didn't even give me my receipt, so when I tried calling the store it took me straight to voicemail and hung up. My daughter and I both have worked in restaurants and that is absolutely not how you treat your customers.
Not so much a food issue more so a employee issue. It seems that they tried to rush my food out so they could go back outside and talk. I got a milkshake and it wasn?t mixed properly and the bottom tasted like water. Chicken was very hard.
Very rude customer service. Forgot to ask for no pickles and the woman working the drive through window slammed the door in my face and rolled her eyes at me. She swiped my card out of my hand and slammed my food out. She also slammed the window in my face hard multiple times. She needs to be dealt with immediately. I work in the food industry and never once have I ever treated anyone so rude. She needs to be put in the back away from customers because her attitude is truly sorry.
