Tim Hortons - MADOC

Strike one: my husband ordered and receive the wrong order.Strike two: I ordered chili and it was not warm enough, I asked to heat it again and got response that they are not allow to. So I ate my chili cold The attendees serve without smile. ?

They seem to get order wrong most of the time was suppose to have free coffee instead she took my money didn't say anything went back next morning manager gave me back the money the employee will not even look at us when we go through turns her back to us start talking in her language to another employee bad customer serviceDietary restrictions: Sweetner

Were locals and overall the food here is not that bad. I must commend the franchise owner for returning to staying open 24 hours a day at his highway location. This means a lot to everyone including myself. This being said, we generally do not eat in at this location because the place is never very clean. During the afternoon earlier this week the place was quiet inside so we chose to eat in. My wife noted that the table we were sitting at was dirty and needed wiping. She went to the staff and asked for a cloth to wipe the table. The associate gave my wife a dry piece of brown paper towel which she returned with. While smiling she stated not too certain what I am suppose to do with this dry towel before whipping out her trusty bottle of alcohol and blasting the table with it before wiping it off. I said you may wish to use that on the seats, but this was said as a joke since the seats are worn out with the dirty foam rubber inside showing. The seats have been like that for a long time, so not a recent occurrence. At the end of the day it is what it is, Tim Hortons in Madoc Ontario.

Just stopped for a drink. There was a big line up. Busy place.

My husband and I needed to stop quickly to grab a coffee and sandwich. I will never go to this Tim Hortons again. The bathroom was very dirty. There were NO other customers and at least 7 staff and we had to wait for a long time for a mini sandwich. Seems that everyone thought someone else was preparing it. I could hear them laughing about it.It was a frustrating experience.
