Dined here whilst staying at the Hotel. Lovely dining experience. Food and service were superb. The cuchinillo is the best I have had anywhere. A very talented chef and team. Excellent presentation.

Poor service. Menu in English was old and new menu was available only in Spanish. We waited for shampain 45 min, though we ordered it for aperitif. Food was good.

A magnificent modern Spanish meal for our last taste of Madrid Restaurante Haroma -Heritage Madrid Hotel in the classy Salamanca district. The menu offers an innovative approach combining Spanish and Asian flavours with great balance and effect. True to the ground breaking style that has emerged amongst today’s Spanish chefs and especially the vibrant food scene here in Madrid. My selection of Autumn Mushrooms with Foie and Truffle presented with a bright yellow yolk that added a luxurious touch to the earthy mushrooms perfumed with freshly shaved truffle. The octopus dish, a modern take on Galician Octopus with potato, was truly the best I have had in Spain and beyond. A plump and juicy giant tentacle, slowly cooked to softness and then charred for flavour, it was served with wasabi mayonnaise and was butter soft under my knife. The setting and the service is beyond par, with that characteristic Spanish warmth, and definitely a high end experience at all levels. The restaurant offers a great value lunch set menu and an exciting dinner tasting menu for that full experience, as well as a la carte. Muy deliciosa!

Diciembre 2023 He vuelto y todo estupendo El menú ejecutivo por 45 euros fenomenal Junio 2023 Aunque no estaba en carra nos permitieron pedir un menú ejecutivo de 52 euros en el que tome unos raviolis de marisco, muy bien presentado y rico y de segundo un turnedo totalmente al punto, tierno y muy rico Diciembre 2022 Había estado en otra ocasión y no saque una gran impresión pero en este intento mejor. El ambiente tranquilo sin ruidos ya que éramos los únicos comensales. La atención muy competente y amable Para empezar nos pusieron un aperitivo cuando menos original Luego compartimos torreznos y croquetas bien sin más Después tome carrillera que estaba un tanto fuerte la salsa con la fruta de la pasión

Menú degustación muy rico. Nos encanto los garbanzo verdes y los postres son sublimes! El trato es más que amable y tranquilo. Una expericia.
