Good food however there were too many on the day we ate here.
A simple place just starting out. Affordable and satisfying menu for its buffet, you start with 2 small platter of fried chicken wings and they got ala carte too. One may try it out, it wont disappoint

I would have given a zero rating if there was one. We dined it at their restaurant at around 7:30pm, Saturday, 21 June right after my family had our family picture taken on the occassion of my sister’s supposed graduation and my father’s departure to work abroad. What could have been a good day turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences so far or probably, the worst. I found this restaurant thru Where in Pampanga. So I thought, that promotion could be a sign of good review. I checked Gertrudes’ page for reviews and saw one red flag published in 2018 which said that the desserts were infested with molds. But I thought, 2018 pa naman so baka maganda na yung service and recommended pa ng Where in Pampanga. So I booked a reservation for 8 pax that night. When we got there, there were only 2 groups dining in so i thought na wala masyadong tao. We were asked to pay the bill agad before we’re able to settle down and get our food. My partner and my father went to the mens restrooms and saw that it was too dirty and unsanitary. When we got to the buffet area, the first thing I noticed is hindi mainit yung food at parang tira-tira nalang. Walang laman yung drinks. I’m not sure if it’s chicken or pork na may sarsa, yung amoy niya paasim na and ang daming sebo. Yung calamares and fish fillet makunat na. Yung sipo egg malapit na ring masira. Yung sisig (kapampangan food pa naman) hindi na rin okay. Yung lechon naka-expose lang, maalat pa. The worst thing is ang daming langaw sa dining and buffet areas. Hindi kami makakain nang maayos sa sobrang daming langaw. Hindi ata napapansin ng staff so kami na mismo nanghingi ng kandila para kahit papaano mabawasan. Because we were a big group, humihingi pa ko ng tatlo pero dalawa lang binigay. Wala ring table napkin. Nakita namin na may tissue sa may cashier area pero tissue roll lang na nung humingi kami, yun lang din binigay samin. To think the buffet was 398 per head. We were not satisfied by the service and the food. When we left the restau, we thought that was the end of it. But the next few days proved us wrong. We started experiencing diarrhea the next day. The worst case was my youngest sister. She had high fever and intense diarrhea that started the morning after. When we had her checked, two doctors told her it was infectious diarrhea and acute gastroentritis. It was the worst dining experience ever. The food, by the end of the day, was not properly maintained. Tira-tira nalang nakain namin tapos ang dami pang langaw. We will not go back to their restau after that horrendous experience. When we reached out to the social media of the restua, they initially accused us of lying. They told us that sa lahat ng nag-dine in that day kami lang daw ang nag-complain. As if telling us it was our fault that we had food poison. Nag-dine in kami around 7pm, we were among the last customers that day it would be safe to assume that the food they were serving that night were about to expire which only means that food prepation and management isnt their top priority. We merely asked for the reimbursement of my sister’s medical fees and expenses, as well as the money we paid for that night, which only totalled at Php 5,500. Their FB messenger was replying to us, even tried calling my sister to settle with us. But we realized that those were all just a ploy to delay us from posting our review of their restau, making us believe that they were trying to amicably settle the issue until we lose our interests in going after them due to the delay. We finally decided to post our review in their FB page. Days after, they removed the review section entirely. This act from this restau only proves our points that they do not want to settle, they do not care about their customers, and most especially, they have poor handling of their food business. They are not sincere at all. It is not surprising that there are other bad reviews in their page that they have also removed in the past.
