Kainan Sa Hardin - Magalang

Best place in Magalang! Having been opened for years already, this restaurant deserves five star for serving Kapampangan cuisine.

Good food and Affordable! Their Lechon kawali is fried to golden brown, just like Bagnets, crispy toasted meats, and fat that melts in your mouth! Beef Ampalaya is also good, where the beef is so tender and Ampalaya cooked just right without much bitterness. Nilagang Bulalo soup is more than enough for the 4 of us, is also very good and tender.

You'll need to wait til your food gets prepared but the taste and quality is worth it! Got the crispy PATA and baka papaitan, both were awesome! Price is reasonable. Get their iced tea. It's instant but at least it isn't too watered down to taste almost like nothing.
