Sonic Drive-in - Magee

I wish there was an option for zero stars. This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Waited 30 minutes and still never got my food. The staff is extremely rude, racist, and have the worst attitudes. I don’t know how this dump is even in business anymore. Two different car hops came to my car asking if I’d ordered this or that (both times they were wrong) The cars with customers of similar skin color were served first and in a timely manner. The opposite situation for opposing skin colors. I witnessed a customer come up to the door and ask if it would be soon for his food to come out. The employee said “I was bringing it. This your food right here” and then customer “great can I have it?” And employee said “no you can wait.” And went back inside. I called the customer service number and got my order refunded and drove off because I’m not going to pay for bad service and cold food. I think it just comes down to low IQ and bad attitudes at this location. Do not come to this Sonic. It needs to be shut down.

We waited forever and they forgot one of of popcorn chicken bites within a 15 minute wait.

Showed up at 10:30 pressed the button and waited. No one answered the call. When I finally walked up to the door at 10:48 the lady rudely said (we close). I stated the time says yall close at 11. she stated (we close) again. If not going to require employees to work till quiting time,maybe sonic should change time to accommodate to employees. Atleast she could have came back on the intercom and let me know when didn't want to work tonight and say they were closed.

If I didn't have to do a star, they wouldn't have gotten this. The employees at this location were terrible. Their attitude is crazy. We order 2 sodas and they couldn't even get that correct. Finally after getting the soda they were so weak and terrible that we threw in the trash. I see why this location ain't busy their service is terrible. I barely stop there anyways, but if it the lord willing I will not never stop there again.

Pulled into a stall and pressed the button, after several minutes heard a crackling from the speaker and after a couple more minutes decided to go through the drive thru. Ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and other items. One grilled cheese was made with the heel from the texas toast and both sandwiches were NOT grilled, just melted butter on the bread. Upon returning to the window for an exchange 3 different people came over to ask what was the matter and finally one girl said I guess she wants it EXTRA grilled. We pulled into a stall and were told they would bring it out, which never happened and we had to call to ask again. What kid is going to eat a heel?? Isn 't there a rule about not using that part of the bread??Several broken stalls, bad food and terrible customer service. Definitely would not recommend.
