Blue Bull Grill - Magnolia

I've spent a lot of money at this restaurant, but recently the service has been terrible! The first time I waited an hour for a call-in order, and there were hardly any customers there. The second time, they messed up my order by putting sour cream on my food. They took my meal to the back and wiped off the sour cream as if I wouldn't notice. I asked to speak with the manager, and she was very indifferent, simply saying, "I don't make the food." I won't be returning until there's new management!

The food took a long time to arrive. The potatoes were only partially cooked. Overall, the quality of the food at our table of four was very disappointing. Food rating: 1/5.

I lost a lot of respect for this restaurant after my visit tonight due to both the food and the service. The steaks were overcooked and tasted like charcoal, covered in black residue from the grill. The service was also disappointing; our server seemed to vanish, and I had to ask another server for help with our order. When our original server finally returned, she brought the bill with an attitude, despite it being incorrect, as if we were just supposed to accept it without question. Overall, the service was really poor.

The customer service was outstanding and the food was fantastic! I truly got my money's worth. I had the fried shrimp and loaded fries with mac and cheese, and they were absolutely delightful! I highly recommend dining here! Food: 5/5

I did not have a good experience at this restaurant overall. I tried the blue bull chicken, which was tasty, and the macaroni and cheese was also good. However, the baked potato was awful; it seemed like it was leftover and just reheated. My husband ordered a burger, and the meat was quite bad. The service was disappointing as well. Our server took our order—someone else brought our drinks—but it took ages for our food to arrive, even though there were only a few tables occupied. After dropping off some ketchup, we didn't see her again. We had to ask another staff member about the payment process. It felt like there were kids cooking in the kitchen. We won't be returning here again.
