Yummy Pho House - Magnolia

My order was canceled from doordash saying unable to fulfill order so I called the restaurant to ask and was put on hold by the kid they hired last year. Waiting over ten minutes for someone, still no reply so I hung up. I love the food here, the food is amazing but I noticed ever since they hired him, service has gone downhill. He ignores all customers and work and is rude. Horrendous customer service skills. He clearly is not helping the business with anything. He is probably the reason why doordash had to cancel my order. He most likely didn’t bother to put in the order because he doesn’t care.

The food was good but since I’ve been coming here, the prices have gone up, which can be expected, but now they hardly put any meat in their meals. The sandwiches hardly had any meat either and now they added more sauce to it. This use to be my go to place but today will be my last visit. The waitress also got our order wrong but it wasn’t off enough to send it back.

This restaurant sells great Thai food. The red curry was especially delicious.

Went to this place with my friends for lunch yesterday. Since this is my first time come to this place so I decided to try their salt and pepper tofu and Pineapple Fried Rice with Beef, and Thai teas.Yesterday at lunch, The place was at 90 percent of their full capacity. The place is clean.The lady and a young gentleman that served us was super nice and friendly.The food was great, I will be coming back to try different menu.And this place have a lot of parking spots on the side of the building.

I’m not sure if something changed? The Pho was too sweet this last time and the fried rice was completely different than the last time we were here. Seemed like the recipe or the chef changed which makes me sad because this was my favorite Pho place in the area!
