Tim Hortons - Magog

Very poorly served by the little cashier Friday December 29 at 3:30 p.m. Very arrogant.

Friendly employees, eat in or take away.... I don't recommend eating lunch after 1 p.m., the hashbrowns are as hard as a rock and the eggs are starting to turn green...

Need more staff but very nice people! Needs more variety in sandwiches!

The people in the kitchen were amazing! The cahier however, was terrible. I asked her for the new plant based sausage, she asked me like 3 times what I was talking about and then I pointed to the menu right behind her. She then gives me a dirty look and proceeded to order a regular sausage.I'm not vegetarian but I do have a preference and that wasn't what I wanted. Her service and attitude are not a good fit for customer service. The other employees were great though and food was good!
