Bidra med feedbackMy wife ordered delivery from this restaurant and, unfortunately, more than half of the food was missing. When we confronted the delivery driver about it, he made disrespectful comments and showed no care or concern. We called the restaurant to address the issue, but they were unapologetic and seemed only interested in taking our money. Overall, we had a negative experience and would not recommend this restaurant to others.
Uber Eats should improve their customer service. I placed an order and received the wrong item, which could have been harmful to my allergic child who cannot consume water. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to refund me and were rude and unhelpful.
I waited for more than 2 hours for my delivery, only to be informed that a driver had still not been assigned. It was a complete waste of time, and I will not be ordering delivery from this restaurant again. In fact, I may never order from KFC again. It ruined my evening and left me extremely disappointed.
Painfully slow. Waited 30 mins before asking for refund. Colleagues looked like they’d seen a ghost when you asked them a simple question. Didn’t help seeing the maintenance guys walking through the kitchen with dirty equipment. Would rather eat prison food then step foot in the dirty gaff again. Defo going to report and try and close the store down. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Awful customer service, woman at the till saw we was waiting to order and just carried on talking to colleagues. We got a box of popcorn chicken which turned out to be only about half full and the chips tasted horrible and the box wasn't even full. Also ordered a burger meal and the burger looked like someone sat on it and the chips were awful and the chips weren't even full too. The tables were filthy...there were bits of food all over the seats, tables and on the floor and no worker seemed to care! Overall, really don't recommend and avoid at all costs!
