The Plough At Langley - Maidstone

I recently brought a group of elderly individuals to The Plough for lunch. It was our second time dining with Becky and her team, and it was absolutely delightful. We had pre-ordered our meals, and Becky was a fantastic host, providing hand-written place cards with our menu selections. The food was perfect and the service was impeccable. Our group, Inspired Friendships, had a wonderful time and we plan on returning in the future. Thank you to Becky and the team at The Plough for a truly lovely afternoon.

We were able to get a table at the last minute, even though the restaurant was very busy. The staff was very efficient in serving everyone and were polite and attentive throughout our meal. The food was great value for the price, and our kids enjoyed watching our desserts being made through the window into the kitchen. We can't recommend this place enough, keep up the good work!

The meal was quite disappointing. While eating her chicken burger, my daughter almost broke her tooth on a large bone. When we informed the waitress about this, she seemed unsure of what to say and simply mentioned that she would inform the kitchen. We were expecting a more sincere apology. The dishes lacked finesse and were not worth the price. Additionally, when we requested some water for the table, we were surprised to receive a whole pint of water.

Excellent evening. Becky and the team paired different wines and cheeses for us (a group of 8 friends). Most in the group were wine novices, so Becky put together a guide to explain the wine, how to taste it, and which cheese developed the taste of the wine best. It was a fun filled evening with attentive service. We were able to chat and relax. Can't recommend this enough for an alternative to a meal with friends. Give it a try...we will certainly be back!

Lovely evening at the plough Inn . Had wings to start with (9) Tasty beautifully cooked msybe one criticism be nice to have couple of dips there for them if bring Petty. Main of smokie joe burger lovely tasty patty great flavour very enjoyable. Desert sharing caramel sunday mas Iove very sweet fattening and lovely .the staff were very friendly had nice banter with Millie from the bar bubbly lady
