The gas house is located just outside of st. martin in the Palatinate forest. in st. martin follow the signs because the navi swings; for gourmets it is worth everything. book a room with dinner and breakfast on Saturdays. the most beautiful accommodation is the colorful room that makes its name all honor. the evening menu is excellent and consists of 6 courses. they bring time, the success of eating has French character. the next morning the following Sunday breakfast begins at 9:29. they create a good basis for a moderately difficult forest hike to the nearby hambach castle.Everything in all a big lob to frau büttner and her team!We like to come back and bring friends.

We were on a family trip with overnight there. know the wolsel for years and still love it. Even our kids with partners were thrilled what was made in the evening by frau büttner from the small kitchen on the table and next morning a super breakfast. and not to forget the patron herr labonté "on the front" - always a joy. the wolsel always likes.

Zero organization, completely beyond. who will be reserved in time, will be empty at the end. Reservations will not be confirmed for weeks, then they are inaccessible. even if they are in writing, "you are very sorry." if you react somewhat unrestrained (the relatives were also reserved)!, then they simply don't report anymore. no email, no call back. silent in the enchanted garden. It's a shame, but never again.

An excellent five courses menu, very good weine and great ambience!Indulgence in the cosy circular car, delicious breakfast., excellent service, rustic atmosphere with the corresponding humoral just great.

We were in the wolsel for dinner and have rarely experienced such beautiful hours and so well and richly eaten and drunk! at the price of 69,00 eur we received a 6-course menu including drinks (sect, wein, coffee, ...). the local was fully booked and so we sat down to 3 couples who had never seen each other before, on a 6-s table and had infinitely fun. the food is top, the wee very good and the hospitality of the very first class. attentive, generous and helpful. always well placed and ready for a joke (including the owner). it was an unforgettable evening for all of us and we have just closed friends! the other two couples stayed in the wolsel (double room and kirmeswagen) and we had to go to the site st. martin. because it was difficult with a taxi, the owner has chauffed us nicely short-hand personally! I'm sure we'll be back a lot. since the restaurant has opened on Friday and Saturday night, a reservation is strongly recommended.
