Bidra med feedbackService was bad at tealive outlet entrance of aeon bandaraya...asked if I could get my birthday drink on 6th August they say can't make here need to go redeem at the foodcourt area at the end of the mall...wah! so I walked all the way to the other end of the mall and the guy cashier have no greeting not friendly nothing at all not even thank you very poor service please improve on service thank you
Good: Queue moves fast even during holidays weekends and the cashier is well versed with voucher redemptions Bad: Cashier didn't ask us what's our ice sugar level preference for our drinks Ugly: Receipts are taken away by the staff when collecting our drinks and there's an on-going contest by this very same outlet where you need to receipt in order to participate
The latest product/flavor of tealive wasn't available when I went there.. (I'm referring to the mango strawberry pop pop one.. other than that.. its greatt!! .. I always go here to buy my tealive..
It WAS HORRIBLE! THEY WAS VERY SLOW! They have many workers, but IT'S STILL SLOW! WHEN I ASKED THE WORKER, they said I need to wait but I'VE WAITED FOR A LONG TIME! they're so rude! When I already got my drink, they don't even say SORRY at me. The drink also taste horrible because my smoothies is already melt wth. REMEMBER THIS.. IF I WANT TO BUY IT AGAIN... I DON'T WANT TO HAVE A SAME SITUATION!
THE DRINKS WERE HORRIBLE!!! Ordered brown sugar milk tea and it was tasteless, somewhat bitter and the pearl was not fully cooked. Superior pure cocoa was tasteless too!!!! I tapau and drink inside the car so couldnt afford to get it change or anything.
