Bidra med feedbackI've been all over italy and by far the best meal I have had is the Gramigna a la Salchicha. Also love the Piadine and the Fiorentina (Huge firewood cooked steak). I go as much as I can to this restaurant to eat this fantastic meal whenever in Bologna. My wife loves the lemon tagliatele pasta. Its in the middle of nowhere, it is small and cozy...I love it! Il truciolo is about 15 km outside Bologna. For this reason I think that they have never seen a tourist eating there. Consequently, they have to keep high quality standards to attract customers. The restaurant has a genuine and vintage atmosphere. We ate starters and pasta. Everything was very tasty, I liked polenta with egg and black truffle and gramigna with salsiccia. I will go back there and eventually bring friends. There is no menu, the boss comes and tells you the dishes of the day. You do not know the price, but again it garantees you that you will eat only daily prepared dishes. A bit expensive, however, you will find the same prices in the city center of Bologna.
Nice country restaurant with traditional and innovative food. The owner is very friendly and kind. The kitchen visible and the big fireplace give you a warm family feeling

Discovered by chance, during a week at the exhibition we had dinner for two consecutive nights. It is halfway between the old tavern and the bistro, all in Emilian sauce. Careful dishes, tasty well presented but without unnecessary frills. The price: right, for quality is the cure. He's a forced carpet from now on, if in the area. Recommended. Occho at the very comfortable parking lot on the back.
