Great Valley Grill - Malvern

Only my second time there and we had a terrible experience. The food was really good, but then we found two obviously black hair in my friend food and the waitress tried to tell us it was my hair (i?m a red head) when it was clear black. She argued with us for about 5 minutes and then took the plate back to the chef who then went without hair net, open toes shoes and no socks. Overall terrible experience and customer service. Not recommended.

I was expecting a bit too much maybe from reading some of the other reviews. I wasn't extremely impressed. The food was so-so and the service was lacking. Especially since there was only one other table occupied besides us. I was super excited about trying the meatloaf tower, which is a neat idea. Unfortunately, the meatloaf had lots of filler. So much so that it didn't taste like meat. Was not very good. I had ordered broccoli ? as my side, but it smelled odd. It had a sour smell to it, like it was bad. The waitress was nice enough to take it back and bring green beans. The green beans however tasted like soap. Almost as if they cooked them in a pan that wasn't washed rinsed properly. I didn't want to complain again, so I let it go. My husband ordered chicken croquettes (one of his favorites) and said they were ok. Of course, my son loved his chicken tenders and fries?. Hard to mess those up.

Was here a few years ago when it just opened and was not impressed. Tried again and it was great! Friendly service, very reasonable prices and the food was very good. Glad we came back. Lots of options for breakfast in the area and Great Valley Grill is back into the rotation!

Great service delicious food. I had breakfast here and it was great. They have so many different flavored pancakes that it has enticed me to come back and try all of them. I got the waffles today. My daughter ate all of her food which is a good sign because she is picky.

Very varied menu. Breakfast is served all day. I have to go to the bruised salmon and broccoli. The staff is very friendly, answers all my questions and let me know what the waiting would be without asking. I wish I could be in town longer so I could try more things out of the menu. Even though I could not use it, they had great specials for seniors over 60. Would be a good place to go with the family, something for everyone.
