Smashburger - Malvern

I tested my first Smash Burger today along with Smash-Fries. The frits were thin, crispy and very tasty! The burger was good and satisfied my desire, although I found it a bit fatter than other burgers. The price is higher than other burger restaurants, so I am not sure that I visit this location very often, but it is a good restaurant if you are looking for a burger. It will be a long line during the noon, so order online and skip the wait.

Burgers are mostly very good. Fries are just average. Service was quite slow when we were there for lunch. Not sure what the bottleneck was, as they seemed well-staffed. Dining area is pretty small, so next time I'll try take out. Prices are fine, though it's not cheap.

Service was horrible. Felt like we were inconveniencing her and stopping her from talking to guys in the kitchen. Also my burger came out wrong (bacon smash with only mustard, cheese and lettuce) instead I got a burger that had no bacon, onions, pickles, ketchup, mayo and lettuce. Again felt like it was a major bother to have her correct the order. Won’t ever be back!

Burgers were good and the shakes too, the garlic ad rosemary tots and fries were oily and you cant taste garlic and rosemary so they were a let down. For made from scratch burgers they were quickly served but it wasn't busy. My biggest beef was 50 dollars for 3 burgers 2 fries and 3 milkshakes? A bit high for me.
