I want to shout to the Wendy’s at Malvern, AR. We are noticing all the improvements in customer service, food quality atmosphere. A special shout out to Gracie at the drive through window today (8/22/2023) for literally some of the BEST customer service, friendliness, while being a professional, that we have met in many a year, from anywhere in AR.
