Zoes Kitchen - Malvern

The cinnamon pancakes were killer the other breakfast things we ordered were on point. I had a blue cheese hamburger not so good was over cooked and had little flavor should of gotten pancakes.

We went to the restaurant last night around 5:30. We wanted a basic meal and were told that it would take at least 30 minutes to get the food. We did not have the time to wait and mildly complained sine there were only 4 people in the restaurant and the staff were talking on cell phones in the kitchen. We then told we were welcome to leave the way we came in. We were not abusive but the buffoon at the cash register certainly was to us.

I went to Zoes Kitchen last night and was the last customer of the evening. The experience was great and I wanted to bring special attention to Jonathan, the staff member we interacted with at Zoes. He was amazing! So kind, attentive, and had excellent customer service. He made me smile and was so cheerful! Please pass this note up to his manager so they know what an excellent worker and person they have with Jonathan. Thank you!

I used to love this place, specifically this location but the past 3 times I’ve been back my food has been horrible. Food cold, found hair in my pita that did it for me) and don’t even waste your money getting a meal because the amount they give you is a JOKE for what you pay.

There online ordering for the Malvern location as of right now it is 11:37 and this site says online ordering unavailable, call and it rings off the hook, so the 30 person lunch we were going to order we ordered elsewhere.
