Azumaa - Mamallapuram

I stayed in Hotel Varunaa Inn for couple of days. This restaurant serves food to the room. This place is located near Tiger Cave. Take left after the Tiger Cave signboard if heading towards Mamallapuram. If you coming from Mamallapuram take right near Ideal resort. This restaurant is located in the 3rd floor of this hotel. Can be spotted through the neon light from road if heading towards Mamallapuram. <br/ <br/ Parking is manageable in front of the restaurant. Have small lift where barely 2-3 people can fit in is available. Ambiance is decent with sea view in the distance. We opted room service than having in restaurant. Service is decent.<br/ <br/ We ordered Dosai, onion uthappam, Pongal, Vadai, idly and Cut fruits for breakfast in 2 days stay. Quantity of pongal is good. Everything tasted decent including sambar and chutney. Cut fruits were presented well. Onion uthappam can be better with bit more onion.<br/ <br/ For lunch we ordered rice, cabbage kootu, dal, phulka, mix veg gravy and vegetable salad. Kootu was short of salt. Mix veg gravy was not up to the mark. Rest are decent. <br/ <br/ In the evening we ordered Onion pakoda and veg sandwich. Onion pakoda was good while sandwich is below average. Some of the items in Menu are not available. They have only pine apple and orange in cut fruits and juice for both day. <br/ <br/ Price is reasonable. Can give a try if you stay in the hotel rather roaming looking for good restaurant.

Incredible, amazing and very tasty meals. Especially seafood. Great choice for a good price. One of the best seefood if I've eaten in India.

It's really nice restaurant.....Customer service is Excellent Sea Foods also very nice tasty.....I'll prefer this restaurant,Specially for Best sea foods....Cleanliness also good.....This is the best restaurant ,Which i have ever gone.......Thank you Azumaa

While traveling to pondicherry i have visit on AZUMAA MULTI CUISINE RESTAURANT it was a good experience by seeing sea view having some fresh sea foods especially grilled prwan restaurant look beautifull place service guys will treat the guest in friendy manner

This is a great restaurant with reasonable pricing and good quality food. However, the service could use some improvement.
