Only thing wrong with my visit is I can’t give you any more stars! Simply amazing. When people say they’ve had the best fall off the bone ribs they are obviously not familiar with Shorty’s ribs! Wow. Tasteful tender and just a mess to keep them whole long enough to eat them! May I please have a fork next time!! The original sauce is what we went with. Tangy and tasty. Not sweet like some overtly sugary sauces. As for the sides: The beansexcellent! The potato saladexcellent! Great find on our rambling Saturday afternoon drive through the Ozarks!!
