Taco Bell - MANASQUAN

The staff at Merchant are rude, and it takes a long time for them to deliver orders. The delivery team appears to be lazy and unfriendly, which is disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

I placed a small two-combo order and received my bag at the drive-thru. After driving away, I realized that only one combo was in the bag. I pulled over and returned to inform the staff member at the window about the missing item, but instead of apologizing, he scolded me for coming back and instructed me to drive around next time. I didn't realize there were rules I needed to follow for their mistakes. They really need to improve their customer service.

The food was pretty decent, the staff was extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

What happen to breakfast stops at 11am. I get there at 10:40am their already serving lunch . Waste my time . I guess this place is due for new management. Atleast at McDonald's you get there 10:59am they'll still serve you breakfast and not come up with an excuse saying their out of eggs. By the way this happrn 3 times already . Done coming here

Yeah it's just Taco Bell, I generally wouldn't go out of my way to review a fast food franchise,(I'm a former Chef with over 30 years in the Industry),But the Managers and Staff at this particular location are stars above most.This location is always spotless,super clean!! never a sticky table or dirty bathroom!!The soda fountain and condiment area are always in order, the food is kept at proper temp and is always hot and fresh!!...orders are always fulfilled properly( we have dietary restrictions and complicated orders to say the least), and all of the crew members I've encountered go way above what you would expect from anyone these days.The franchise owner should be proud to have this dedicated and hardworking staff ..
