Sweetfrog - Manassas

My fiancée and I had an outrageous experience in November 2023. We had already payed online for our order, but as we were at the register, the woman at the register snatched the ice cream away from us, because at that very second it was closing time! So even though our payment went through and we had our ice cream ready at the register they stole us of our money and threatened to call the police to remove us when we argued that we were owed the ice cream we had just payed for. Absolutely disgraceful. Never give a penny to these messed up, cruel and evil-intentioned people.

They always have the worst people working there. They all have attitude and no warm atmosphere. All their bathrooms are out of order and they are still open for business. Terrible place to come. And there is always just one person working there most of the time.

Over all unpleasant experiences and massively over priced. The cup I purchased cost $15.00. The prices need to be more clearly displayed. The cashier never said anything to me except “put it on the scale “ and my total. She was on her phone the whole time I was there. The flavor was nonexistent and I only had a few bites before I was done. Parking: It’s in a shopping center

I love Sweet Frog! Awesome frozen yogurt and their toppings also great! For dessert or lunch, great way to get calcium!

The 2 member Staff were very Friendly. This Location does have Good, and very Yummy expensive Frozen Yogurt and many choices of toppings!
