Taco Bell - Manassas

Went through the drive-thru here for the first time today. It was extremely slow. When we finally did get our food, it was really good. Probably took over 30 minutes, though, for two small items.

A few days ago I went and waited for over 30 minutes because the lady thought we had ordered our food already, even though I tried getting her attention because we were paying cash, then this very obnoxious lady at the window was constantly messing around and joking with the other staff members talking about not wanting to do her job, and this very obnoxious lady at the drive thru is also very rude when you go through the drive through, and they are constantly getting customers orders wrong, very loud and inattentive, and play around a lot I was disappointed with the service.

Food was good. They forgot my hot sauce. The drive thru was a little slow. Not to mention the horrible road in the drive thru...has a huge pot hole they need to

I order a grilled cheese BEAN burrito through doordash today. It was clearly mentioned that it's BEAN, but I received BEAF! . This happened with me for the 2nd time. This totally unprofessional service, change your staff. They don't know how to make a proper order. I am a pure vegetarian. And I received beef for the second time. Bad location of taco bell. ?.

Ivy is the greatest!!!! I came around the drive thru twice because my friends wanted to order more food and she was so patient and understanding and beyond helpful. Her service is what’s needed in this world! She definitely made my night and she is the reason why I continue to go to this location!!! Best location ever.
