Mcdonald's - Mancelona Township

I've stopped at this location several times before passing through for work and never had a great experience but it's literally the only one on the route. This particular time, employees twice gave us the wrong order. It was just easier to go inside to get it from them. Then they got it wrong a third time.

We placed a rather large to go order and the employees did an excellent job. The food and drinks were hot and tasty.

Remodeled store. No pop refills or condiments in searing area. You have to ask for them. Water was free. Very clean and an upscale Macdonalds.

This was thw slowest service i have had in a long time! Terrible wait time no cars being moved ahead

You will be here at least a half hour. Go anywhere else, if your in a hurry it’s faster to sit down somewhere or keep driving. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been
