Bidra med feedbackMy recent visit to the Dunkin' location on Granite Street in Somersworth, NH, was disappointing. The service has been consistently poor lately. I've experienced issues with incorrect orders, requiring me to ask for corrections multiple times. The ice cream tasted old and not fresh. Additionally, some of the younger staff members seemed reluctant to honor app offers, claiming they weren't working. I also noticed discrepancies with pricing; I was charged $6.58 initially, but a few days later it showed up as $7.58 on my account. It feels like there's a lack of attention to detail. I hope they consider hiring better staff who can provide the service customers expect.
This is a fantastic spot for coffee. The staff is kind and friendly, and I highly recommend this place!
Typical dunkins. through the drive thru. woman waiting for me was very nice. the prices are average for dunkins. extremely fast service.
I like the personal. I've been on this site for 3 years before working, forgetting the walkable order with the app. I even ordered 20 minutes before me, and it was still not right. the coffee was there, but not the rest of the order. or it is left behind the counter and you have to come in, wait in the line and ask for it. I was told that the high schoolers were stealing the pick-up orders sometime, so keep them behind the counter. that is not the customer problem. several times it wasn't even filled when I came in to pick it up. I had to wait anyway. the front counter is always sincerely apologetic, but honestly, how often can they excuse themselves for the same? only Drive-Thru. it takes 5 to 20 minutes, regardless of it. you could stay in the car too.
Dunkin' Donuts is overrated. It costs over eight dollars for just a coffee and a breakfast sandwich, while I can get the same items for around four dollars at Cumberland Farms. However, you need to visit one of the nicer, newer Cumberland Farms locations that offers hot food.
