Saigon Noodles - Manchester

EAT HERE!!!. Do you like fresh food? Do you like the ability to ask for a difference in the menu? Do you Like hospitality? Most of all do you like delicious food? if not i wouldn't recommend.

We had dinner with Candy last night. All I can say is she and this restaurant were a real treat. Healthy, great taste, clean and refreshing. We started with spring roll filled with whole shrimp, noodles and greens. The peanut sauce was tangy yet did not over take the freshness generously packed inside of the translucent cover. Pho bowls were excellent with lots of greens, carrot and perfectly prepared noodles. Fresh basil, cilantro and bean sprouts for mixing to taste. The added Bok Choy with chicken Pho was heaven. Candy's artichoke ginger tea is a great complement as it seems sweet yet without sugar and has no caffeine. Don't let the book cover fool you, the story inside is what matters.

Our noodle dishes were delicious and the owner/chef was very nice. We will be going back.

Great authentic Vietnamese food. Very friendly. Fresh ingredients. Well worth a visit.

This is such an unexpected find but so glad we did find it. We had amazing pho and deliciously fresh spring rolls. The tea was even delightful. The owner was so friendly and sweet. I would highly recommend trying Saigon noodle.
