Bidra med feedbackAfter a short ski tour to Killington from NJ for dinner stopped. Everything was wonderful, from cocktails and drinks to the starters and main courses. The highlight of our meal should be the grilled octopus. We decided that it was the best we ever had... perfect texture and taste. The coconut potato ravioli were also fantastic. Would definitely recommend and return to Vermont on future trips.
One of the best culinary experiences ever ... PERIOD!!! On every standard, from any location in the world, through all expectations. Chef Jose Valines simply shows phenomenal. The passion, the aromas, the techniques... You would think you landed in a Michelin star restaurant in New York City, or Miami, or Tokyo, you call it, not in the small city of Manchester, Vermont. The service, the food, the ambience are unforgettable. Thank you house for this lovely dinner.
The food was delightful! I especially loved the grilled vegetables served alongside the fish. The octopus was cooked to perfection, complemented by just the right amount of sauce. The entire meal left me feeling refreshed rather than weighed down.
During our visit to the restaurant, we were delighted to see the chefs at work on a cooking show designed for my 7-year-old. We had a great view from our table, and our server, Kim, attended to all our needs and more—it's as if she could read my mind! This establishment was not only family-friendly, but the food was out of this world. The presentation was stunning and flawless. Each course arrived at just the right time, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The cheesecake was exceptional, and the raspberry drink that John prepared was incredibly refreshing. Thank you for a wonderful meal; we can't wait to return!
The food was outstanding—absolutely delicious—and the service was fantastic: energetic, friendly, and gracious. However, the ambiance left something to be desired. The dining area felt disconnected from the rest of the restaurant. While the open kitchen concept was appealing, the seating area gave off a fast-food vibe. We were seated in the upper section by the windows, but the drink prices were off-putting. I understand that many restaurants struggle to break even, and cocktails are often a way to boost revenue. However, for our group, the $22+ price for a drink was a deal-breaker, so none of us ended up ordering anything. This is a loss for both sides. I genuinely wish you the best moving forward; there is clearly a lot of talent in your kitchen. Unfortunately, I enjoy having a cocktail with my meal, so my overall experience was somewhat disappointing.
