The Mercantile/sweet Simplicity

We have been living in the area for a year and recently discovered this hidden gem! We absolutely love this place! The food is excellent, very reasonably priced, and Renee is fantastic!

I dined at this restaurant this week and was impressed by the incredible selection of vegetables, reminiscent of home-cooked meals. They serve the best sweet tea in Tennessee, and the staff is wonderful. It's a dining experience you won't forget, with the finest desserts south of Canada. The staff here are consistently friendly and attentive to their customers. The food is great, the tea glasses are always topped up, and it’s a local gem. If someone had a bad experience, I believe it’s an exception and not the rule. I highly encourage you to return and give it another shot—you won’t regret it. We frequent this place and have never had a negative experience.
