Usa Chicken And Biscuit - Manchester

I had such high expectations for this restaurant because I’m a big fan of chicken and biscuits. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any biscuits on their extensive menu. While my three-piece bone-in chicken was tender, it seemed to have been cooked in oil that was likely days, if not weeks, old. The restaurant's interior was quite dirty; everything could use a thorough cleaning! The bathroom, tables, self-service counters, and even the windowsills were all in need of attention. I didn't want to touch anything in there. After paying $14, I left feeling very unsatisfied, and I continued to feel unwell for hours afterward. I was surprised to see that this place had higher reviews—how is that possible?

I've never had any issues here, and the food is incredible. Great food and excellent service. Despite the recent price increase, I still consider it a staple in Manchester. Food: 5/5

I always have an excellent experience at this restaurant. It is very well managed and consistently clean. However, I’m giving it 4 stars because the men's restroom toilet has been out of order for at least a year.

When I order two of the exact same item, you'd think it's a straightforward request, right? Well, not with this kid. Be sure to give me a call first next time.

I had the worst chicken over rice ever. I ordered it through Grubhub for dinner today, and the chicken was spoiled while the rice was undercooked. It was a complete waste of money and time. I wish I could give it zero stars.
