Shea's Pizzeria and Sports Bar

Wow. I usually come here for a couple evenings in the summer when it’s nice out with music. A group of us from work came today for lunch. Then another group arrived shortly after. We didn’t get one acknowledgment from the bartender for 30 minutes. The other group, getting drink after drink. After we addressed her (hall with black hair in pony- didn’t get a name) she said she would be with us momentarily. Another 10 minutes goes by and still not a word. We up and left. And I won’t be going back.

My significant other and I went here last Wednesday to listen to some live music, eat, and just relax. We were not disappointed. The music was great (Matt Vizzo!! , the food and the atmosphere were great. However, the real standout was our service. Our waitress Meg was EXCELLENT. She was very attentive to my significant other’s food allergy needs; asking questions, checking up on us, making us aware of certain food preparations, etc. Unfortunately in our experience this is more rare than it should be. We thanked her a bunch, and she appreciated it and also said that she was just doing her job. Shout out to Meg!! THANK YOU!! Wish all waitresses can be like Meg!!

It was the first time visiting Shea 's to see the space for our Jack and Jill. I was very impressed with the quality/quantity of food and the outside area is beautiful for a sports bar . There 's plenty of parking and the private room will fit our guest count adequately. We can 't wait to celebrate our special occasion and the owner, Jack, is very personable and accommodating.

Finally found some GOOD wings in CT! Firstly, vibes were 10/10. Live music on the outside huge deck. Customer service also 10/10. Only annoyance was there’s a cover charge to get in.

This restaurant has failed several health inspections and has a reputation for serving poorly cooked food. The owner does not prioritize the health and safety of customers. And if they don't take your money for undercooked food, they will grab it in their gambling hall. Many good bands no longer play here as several don't get paid. The owner forgets that it is important to treat restaurant staff with respect and kindness, as they are working hard to provide a service. This is not a place where you can sit and relax.
