Falafel - Manchester

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years and have always had a good experience, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. After waiting for 40 minutes, I finally received my falafel wrap, only to find that it was extremely soggy and over-sauced. My group of 5 friends all received their meals at different times, leading to a frustrating dining experience. The service was disorganized and the food quality was subpar. I was so appalled by the experience that I didn't even bother asking for a refund. The attached picture speaks for itself - regular customers will understand the disappointment.

Have been going here for 5 years and recently it has gone downhill. The ladies serving food don't really know what they are doing. They can't even cook chips properly. Falafel salad isn't as fresh as it used to be. Food counter is filthy with rotting salad all around it.

This restaurant serves delicious falafel that is vegan-friendly and definitely the best I've had all week! The prices are great and the staff is very friendly.

There is room for improvement. During my first visit, the restaurant did not make any effort to turn me into a loyal customer.
