Ramona - Manchester

The service at Ramona was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by two wonderful staff members, and as we entered, several others greeted us as well. Our waiter was excellent and had a natural way of engaging with everyone, which added to the great atmosphere. The layout was relaxed, creating a lovely ambiance. The pizza was delicious and offered a unique twist compared to your typical Neapolitan style, but our favorite part was definitely the cookie—it was so good!

We booked a table for a birthday celebration and enjoyed a great atmosphere with friendly staff. While they took our drink orders, they forgot to take our food orders for 40 minutes. However, once we placed our order, the food arrived quickly and was delicious! To make up for the wait, we received a discount and some cookies, which made us very happy. Overall, a lovely experience!

The service was inconsistent, and the waitress had a peculiar demeanor that made us feel unwelcome. Additionally, we were seated near a fire pit that was smoking, which ended up ruining my white skirt with lint. On the positive side, the food was excellent, though quite pricey—definitely not ideal for when you're very hungry. It’s worth noting that an 8% tip is automatically added to your bill. Overall, we left feeling rather disappointed with our evening.

Food, service atmosphere absolutely fantastic our food arrived before our drinks and so we were given the drinks on the house lovely gesture! The drinks didn’t take long at all either the food was just quick. Can’t wait to come back.

Had an absolutely lovely time will definitely be back. Food a little over priced but atmosphere was amazing.
