Bidra med feedbackAfter reading positive reviews we decided to go. I found the atmosphere a little sad, little enthusiasm and prices, in my opinion, excessive. Food in the norm and certainly too expensive. I don't like to write negative reviews but I spent a lot and overall I didn't get satisfied.
The boys who run the restaurant good and passionate. Fiorentina delicious, highly recommended! Bravo!
I spent a few days at the hotel Bagno Santo and then I could dine several times at the homonymous Osteria managed by Gianmarco, the chef and Francesca, the maître and was always a wonderful experience. While you eat in the patio you can enjoy a wonderful view feeling comfortable thanks to the sympathy, kindness and competence of Francesca who from excellent advice on wines and knows how to create a serene and relaxing climate. The palate, on the other hand, is paired with the special cuisine of Gianmarco that proposes dishes of the Maremma tradition revisited to be unique: the meats cooked slowly for many hours at low temperature to maintain softness and taste (the pork ribs cooked twelve hours reappear with the world or the wonderful Florentine or the sweet sopraffini (to try absolutely cantucci and vin saint revisited . If you're in Saturnia, try this little place, you'll be thrilled.

With the family we stayed two nights at the Bagno Santo Hotel and for dinner we dined in the restaurant and I would say that but choice was more accurate. Courtesy of managers, sympathy but also skill and professionalism despite the young age. We took: mixed cutter of appetizers x2 (my daughter said one of the best ever eaten), peas to the aglione, tortelli, a raviolo out of menu and a cheese mixed with jam and honey. All great, quality of the dishes very high, as good was the red wine I asked. Very good also the bread served and also the final dessert was superlative. All surrounded by a lovely location.
