Bidra med feedbackNice place to bite quickly. But too crowded when top hour like morning and evening it becomes hard to find the place. You can get various dishes and drinks. Indian food, Chinese food, Myanmar traditional snacks and food, lawn food and others. Staff are busy and difficult to order. But getting food was fast. Tea was so good and Mohingha is one of the best in Mandalay.
Nice, cheap and local! fans only and no A/C; Staff almost did not speak English. There is an English menu, but listed without price, but don't worry. They were from Mohinga at 12:00. Tea leaves (with soup) cost 1000 Ks. Utensils were sealed in plastic. Help yourself with the hot tea in the kettle.
This place offers a HUGE selection of local and regional dishes from Myanmar, not to mention a bevy of hot teas with lots of taste. The menus do not list prices, so be prepared for a secret when the invoice comes. Nevertheless, food is generally delicious and there is a small feeling of flair when the plates are placed on the table, as you notice some artistic representation of shrimps and the arrangement of foods. I recommend the reissalat dishes and tea leaves salad (lahpet thoke), ad this recipe had served much more beans than the typical dish in other parts of Myanmar. When the bill comes, a waiter simply says what is and it is quite reasonable.
Beautiful neighborhood tea place. Food diversity is good. I liked the local dishes better than the Indian dishes they had. You have an English menu with pictures to help foreigners to order.
Open early at 5.30. Mandalay meshay is classic. Celone tea is milky and nice. Fried to-phoo and variety of snacks are available.
