Bidra med feedbackI visited for the first time on Friday just before 7 PM and was pleasantly surprised by the lack of crowds. The service was quick in taking my order and delivering my food, and they also refilled my water without delay. I decided to try the 8-inch pizza, since a place with "pepperoni" in its name definitely deserves a taste test. The pizza arrived in about 5 minutes, featuring a crispy yet chewy crust on the outside and a thin, flexible middle. It was generously topped with pepperoni and a good amount of cheese. The portion was just right—not too much to feel overwhelmed, but enough to satisfy my hunger. At 180 pesos, I felt it was a great value. I will definitely be coming back!
**Four Cheese Pizza (P370)**: This might be my favorite! It's made with mozzarella, white cheese, parmesan, cheddar, and tomato sauce. Sounds delicious, right? **Chicken Barbecue Pizza (P370)**: This features mozzarella, grilled chicken, BBQ sauce, red onion, cilantro, and tomato sauce. It's also really good, making it my third favorite pizza. **Spaghetti and Meatballs (P225)**: A classic dish that was executed really well! I love marinara-based pasta, and they definitely nailed it. **Grilled Chicken Alfredo (P225)**: I'm not a fan of creamy pasta, but if you prefer white sauces, you might enjoy this one. It’s not bad; it’s just not my preference as I favor tomato-based pasta. **Banana Nutella Pizza (P140)**: Another favorite of mine! This one is straight-up Nutella pizza and ranks as my second favorite pizza. **Fudge Brownie (P125)**: A classic dessert that no one should skip. Overall, the food is fantastic, and I highly recommend trying it out!
Joey Pepperoni aims to present a modern Italian-American flavor at an affordable price, and it certainly succeeds in captivating the Filipino palate with its delightful aromas. In fact, Joey Pepperoni has been a staple in the Philippines for many years. In this review, I would like to share my culinary experience at the Joey Pepperoni branch located in the RFM Corporate Center on Pioneer Street, Highway Hills, Mandaluyong. The restaurant has recently undergone renovations, providing a fresh industrial and minimalist interior design.
Pizza, pasta, fries and salads, you call it! joey pepperoni pizzeria offers our usual comfort food with cheap relatiw. joey pepperoni pizzen are served with generous amounts of strokes in a thick pizza crust that has another type of crunch. we were able to try the joey’s supreme, bianca and the meaty legendary. from the three, the bianca was my personal favorite. the bianca was served with three types of cheese (white cheese, mozzarella, bleu cheese), anchovies garlic and arugula. meaty legendary pizza (pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham) is suitable for carnivores, while the joey supreme (pepperoni, bacon, mushroom, bell peppers, white onions, black olives) is suitable for people who want to eat healthier. for the appetizers were the mozzarella bites and the pepperoni frits the highlights! these soft, deep-fried Italian brote coated mozzarella balls coated with a tomato basilikum sauce on the side. mozzarella cheese salads are caught in every bite. more than that is the pfeffer chocolate! the dish was served with freshly cut frits, pfefferoni and cheddar cheese, which were baked to melt. for the pastas, the pesto pasta had a bold pesto taste and the chicken parmigiana was literally chicken parmigiana served with pasta instead of rice. also for desserts has joey pepperoni pizzeria their version of banana nutella pizza. everything with nutella is love! I wish the pizza had a thinner crust for a lighter end of all. eat of carbs. haha!
Thanks to foodie, Mary Love Siy, I got to satisfy my pizza and pasta cravings last week. She invited me and other bloggers for a feast, a closer look into Joey Pepperoni's revamp menu. The change was geared towards capturing a sophisticated market of Italian cuisine lovers. Choices of where to eat abound wherever we go, how does a vintage brand like Joey Pepperoni keep itself above the competition? On this sponsored trip, I realized they so have a strong fighting chance. I started this gastronomic endeavor with a request from Mary, by saying, I need a bowl of salad. I got their House Salad, to stir my appetite. It is a simple bowl of colorful fresh veggies with well stirred sweet balsamic dressing. Our next starter, Pepperoni Fries arrived hot on sizzling plate. This novel piece could be a kid's favorite. It has fries, lots of pepperoni meat and generous cheese. It was slightly better than Mozza Bites, another appetizer we ordered. For their signature Pizza, we got four unique kinds including Nutella pizza for a last filling sweet stop. My favorite was Bianca, a three cheese ensemble of mozzarella, white cheese and aged blue cheese. It had nice contrasting tastes just from its cheeses. It was even made better with its other toppings of salty anchovies, slightly bitter arugula and for a kick, spiced up, garlic. We also got classic Pepperoni and Joey's Supreme, a pizza with a myriad of all sorts in one pan. Surprisingly Pesto Pasta made the most impression for me. I am a sucker for basil and I was not expecting theirs to be that delicious. It had bountiful pesto sauce and parmesan cheese. Another pasta worth checking out would be their Chicken Parmigiana. It uses capellini pasta poured with rich tomato sauce, mixed with basil, mushroom and even more juicy tomatoes. Topping this would be crispy chicken covered with cheese all over it. It's also picture worthy! For a final dish before I gave up and raised my white flag, I tried a speck of their Roasted Rosemary Chicken. This was a bit of a let down for it was slightly bland. The meat however had a nice lingering after taste, thanks to its fresh herbs. Are you ready to come back and give them a whip again? I suggest taking a trip to Pioneer and get your palates ready for a more interesting Italian vibe here.
