Dunkin' - MANHASSET

A woman at the restaurant said she couldn't scan my perks because I didn't show them until after I had already paid. This was very unprofessional. I have never had this issue at any other restaurant, and I am a frequent visitor to this establishment.

The food was good, but I found myself going there frequently and they always seem to mess up my order. How does that happen?

How can they say America is running on dunkin when they close at 15 o'clock! I work in this city, depending on dünkin donuts coffee and her young close to 15 o'clock. that is completely unacceptable!

Ordered ahead on the application. My drink and sandwich were ready when I got there. Fast and filling.

I’ve been going to this dunkin for about a year now up until recently i had no issues. But the last few times I’ve been here the staff isn’t as friendly, the card machine is always messed up or not working, I’ve been given the wrong order on 2 different occasions was too far away or already at work and couldn’t go return it, and the manager (forgot her name) is always very punchy rushes you through your order.
