Jamba Juice - Manhattan Beach

The service was excellent, and my order arrived in a reasonable amount of time—no complaints there. The ambiance is quite simple; there isn't any seating, just some rails to place your smoothie on. I suspect this is intentional, as the place is geared towards quick takeout rather than a sit-down dining experience.

I'm really frustrated with this Jamba Juice. Every time I visit, they're either out of toppings for the bowls or missing ingredients for the PB Chocolate Love smoothie. I stopped by today at 6:15 PM and was the only customer in the store. It took a few minutes to make my smoothie, and when I finally got it, it was completely off. It tasted like chocolate milk—watery and lacking any peanut butter or banana flavor. As someone who has worked in the food industry, it's disheartening that they don't communicate when they’re out of ingredients for a smoothie. I've even walked out empty-handed before because they had nothing available. Save yourself the time and money and go to a different Jamba Juice, as this location is far too inconsistent.

I want to extend my gratitude to the tall gentleman who prepared my vanilla sky bowl on January 29, 2023, around 12:30 PM. I appreciate the quick service and the fantastic bowl! I'll definitely be back!

So it's 5:00pm right now on a Monday 11/28/22 and the lights are off, no one is inside but the doors were left unlocked to where anyone was able to walk inside. How professional.....a manager should check the cameras, see it for yourself.
