Wendy's - Manistee

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. I understand that many places are facing staffing challenges, but they handled everything remarkably well. I will definitely be coming back!

"This is easily one of the worst Wendy's locations I've ever visited. Every time I come here, it just gets worse. Today, they had no potatoes available at 4 PM. Last week, there were no salads at 1 PM. Two weeks ago, they ran out of tomatoes, carrots, and fries. Just last month, they had no carrots or fries available either! Additionally, I got food poisoning from improperly cooked food two months ago. I only keep coming back because it's conveniently close to my house. Honestly, even our local pub does a better job with their food! What’s going on with this place?"

The experience was fantastic, and the food was excellent! The staff was remarkable, providing outstanding service. Given the current staffing challenges many places face, they handled everything wonderfully. I will definitely be coming back!

This is, without a doubt, one of the worst Wendy's locations I've ever visited. Each time I go, the experience seems to get worse. Today, there were no potatoes available at 4 PM. Last week, they were out of salads by 1 PM. A couple of weeks ago, I encountered a lack of tomatoes, potatoes, and Frostys. Just last month, there were no potatoes, fries, or chicken. Two months ago, I even got sick from food that wasn't properly cooked. The only reason I keep coming back is because it's convenient to my home. How do they even call this a restaurant? Our local bar manages to do a better job without having a kitchen!
