Kfc - Manitowoc

Ordered 12 pc meal. Received 7 pcs. Called the store and was told they aren?t responsible for orders online. Won?t give a refund or replace the missing chicken. When you pay $40 for a 12 pc chicken meal you expect 12 pcs. I won?t be eating hereever again. Food was pretty nasty as well.

They definitely need more staff. I usually call ahead to ensure they have what I want, but on the bright side, your food will certainly be fresh!

Disappointing! The lid on one of the gravy containers wasn't secured properly, and it spilled everywhere. I ordered the 12-piece family meal with a mix of chicken but received all original pieces instead. I had requested to substitute the coleslaw for mac and cheese, but they still gave me coleslaw. I even rounded up my bill to support their foundation, so I really expected better. Please get it right next time!

I visited their restaurant in Manitowoc again and, once more, they were out of chicken sandwiches at 8 PM on a Friday! I can't believe it. That’s it for me—I won't be returning to this location!

The coating on the chicken was excellent, and it was very fresh. The coleslaw was also fresh and delicious, and the biscuits were superb. I'm really glad I decided to stop by. The potatoes and gravy were a perfect complement to the meal. This is definitely the best KFC in northeastern Wisconsin!
