Bidra med feedbackThis was our first experience at a Panda Express, and we had a wonderful time! The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, clearly working hard to ensure that all customers enjoy their visit. Our cashier, Tony, was particularly kind and we believe he is a true asset to the team. The food was delicious, even though our order was a bit complicated. We left extremely satisfied and truly appreciate all the effort the employees put in to make our visit so enjoyable!
I went inside to get takeout because I like to see the selection of entrees and sides before making my order. Everything appeared fresh and well stocked, though the vegetable spring rolls looked overdone, so we decided against them. We also ordered two kids meals, which were well-received, particularly the dried apple slices. Mary provided our service, and she was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely visit this location again.
My partner decided to surprise me by taking me to a restaurant we had never tried before, and it turned out to be this one. I had always been curious about it but never got around to dining here. I really wish I had done so earlier. As soon as we walked in, I could feel the staff's camaraderie; they genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience for their guests. We were helped by Tony, and I must say, he was incredible! I ordered the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken and was informed that it would take about 20 minutes to prepare. That was totally fine—restaurants often have busy times—and as a nice gesture, I was offered a complimentary drink while we waited. The level of service went above and beyond my expectations, which was truly heartwarming. I’m really looking forward to visiting this place more often. Thank you all for such a fantastic experience!
I went to pick up some takeout from what is usually my favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, the young woman at the counter had an angry expression and didn’t greet me at all. When I gave her my order, I mentioned that it was for takeout, and she seemed quite annoyed when I asked for teriyaki sauce, as she had to cut it and add it to my plate. She only gave me half of the chicken and left the rest on the cutting board. I’ve never felt like I did anything wrong when placing an order before. This has been one of my go-to places, but after this experience, I'm not sure if I will return, especially with this young lady serving.
Her demeanor changed only when she seemed more interested in handling the trash than assisting us. When my friend asked for a ride, she acted as if it was a huge burden. I didn't even catch her name, as it looked like she couldn't be bothered to show it. The overall atmosphere in the restaurant felt uncomfortable, and I was so put off that I didn't even order food for myself. While everyone can have a bad day, it's important to maintain professionalism at work. I thought I was going to enjoy my visit, but it was quite the opposite. I hope they address these issues, as nobody should have to deal with poor service like that.
