Starbucks - Mankato

If there was a -10, it would not be enough to describe the lack of smile and lack of service this morning. if customers are more friendly than the personal there is a problem. if they are unhappy to have a job and pay him, he is out there. even if a smile is understaffed, a long one goes away.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the drinks were delicious!

I was told that they didn't command in the load, and I had to go through. I told him I went there and had no car. I just wanted to roast a darker cup. it takes about 5 seconds to pour. f this clowns. paprika

The load is dirty, although the staff is very efficient when it comes to the orders of people.

The staff is amazing especially Hope and Olivia. There is always a line but the staff is quick and it doesn't take long to get through.
