Large space for cold squeezed juices and other health conscious food and snacks

We visited with a group of 8 to lunch on Saturday. we were excited about the menu online, but when we visited, they did not prepare the food items (at midday). we know that they are a new business and perhaps have underestimated the demand for good, healthy eating! this is a good thing, but we hope that they will serve the process to eat on their menu during the typical lunch and dinner hours. positive- they make a lot of juice and can do that quite quickly. atmosphere is pleasant. the personal is friendly. they pay attention to the ingredients and have wonderful, healthy options!

What they see is what they get (wysiwyg) can make their best option in mankato, for healthy, uncomplicated food, with love. we had the thai quinoa salad and the charge juice for our dinner, and we have the alert juice (red apple, cranberry, ingwer, lemon, orange) and chia peanut butter power poppers for our breakfast, in the morning. everything was delicious and made us feel so good. it looks like everything is gluten-free and organic, even these delicious little power poppers (rolled heel, dark chocolate chips, maple syrup, cinnamon, drip butter, chia)

I adore their juices and love that I no longer have to juice every morning since discovering WYSI WYG. Ordering online is convenient, and picking up my order is easy since I visit Mankato every Monday for work. Now I can pick up my online purchase and have my juices for the day and the entire week!

This restaurant has a charming ambiance and a unique history. I highly recommend it, as they offer a great rewards program and have various daily deals.
