Hunter's Public House Restaurant

First visit a recent weekday evening. Surprised to be told that all tables were reserved, however fortunately it was a nice evening, and we were shown to a booth on the patio. Service was good - I thought; however after we left, we realized we had never been told about specials, neither beverage or food. I discovered daily specials only later after seeing them on Twitter. The server was pleasant.Food average at best - no special flavours. We had pasta and a salad nicoise. The salad had no greens other than the green beans which were very very lemony. Likely the lack of greens was noted on the menu, I missed it. But having this salad with just potatoes, beans, hard boiled egg and fish was different. The pasta, again, nothing special.Maybe if we lived within walking distance, we'd give it another try. Maybe.

We stumbled across this place and glad we did. All locally sourced food, fresh and unique menu. Service is top notch and it is reasonably priced. There was even a croconole board at our table which was fun!

Happened to discover Hunter's Public House Restaurant, and what a great find. The atmosphere of this place is right on. There is live music, open patio, lots of seating, and the best part, and awesome menu. They had things that I have never seen on a menu before, and I wanted to try it all. We will definitely be back.

I love this place! Went here for the first time in April and have come back at least 15 times since! They have a great menu, nice restaurant, good staff, and of course games for the little ones, they even have live music some nights. The prices are reasonable as well. My goal is to try every menu item and I am almost threw it! Great spot all around

I guess that's why they call it Hunter's? You wouldn't know there was a fantastic pub back there but there is. Only the cool people know it? ;) One of my favourite spots - great food, live music, reasonable prices, friendly staff, and just a bit eclectic.
