360 Brunch House - Mansfield

The only thing worth coming back for was the drinks. The food was very bland and dry. The French toast breakfast sandwich was dry and the chicken had zero seasoning. I had high hopes because of the great reviews but this is the kind of place people come to for the vibes and how nicely it’s decorated not for a delicious meal.Food: 1/5

Ok let's start with I never give 5 stars on all 3 categories. This was my 1st time at 360 brunch house. Very nice setup and clean. Food was great and also nice portions. Our server was a young lady named Nicia she had spectacular customer skills. She was very attentive and totally aware to food needs. She knew the menu. Nice! Also very kind and hard working. Make sure you sit in her section if you want great service. Customer Services can be a hit or miss these days. Shout out great Customer Service. Oh yeah tip well. Food was awesome, but the service sucked. Sat down only to have someone come up and ask “do you know what you want? We just sat down. Server runs off without asking about anything to drink. Hits the next table and heads off to hang out in the corner. If I’m paying for a meal and tipping for service, don’t hand out plates to someone At the table to serve everyone else at the table. Use a tray jack and do your job! And don’t drop a check in the middle of my meal unless you’re going to verbally tell me to leave. Thank you to the guy who came and took our dirty dishes, otherwise they would have sat there till we left.

I enjoy going to 360 Brunch with friends. We always receive great service when we go. I love their food drinks. So far I’ve tried their southwest omelette, their nachos with chicken they were really delicious. They make the best mixed drinks. You must try their avocado margarita. They are so good!! I love how aesthetically pleasing it is on in the inside. They also have a really nice outdoor seating area.

Drinks food and especially the whiskey apple French toast did not disappoint Everything was great. .
