Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mansfield

My order was supposed to be delivered at 11:37 AM, but it arrived sometime after 12:15 PM. By that time, I had already left. When I called customer service, they were unapologetic and simply said these things happen. They offered to transfer me to product support, but no one answered. I was then directed to a website to leave my feedback. I decided to write this review because I was disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, I would rate my experience a zero as I had to buy lunch twice. Thank you, Mansfield Chipotle.

Terrible service! I get it, walk-in counter service will take priority over, but what happens when these pickups take 25-45 minutes behind the pickup period (provided by the load) and they watch people go to order at the theke, and get their food instantly? sad that the superior, manager and generals manager are not so sharp to find out and play on their handys, like internet 60 minutes after.

Always ordered veggies on my bowl with no meat, decided to order chicken this time because they’ve been out of veggies everytime I came in the past month and there was a couple pieces of very undercooked chicken…health violation

I can understand a place running out of an item. I went to this place tonight at approximately 5:30pm. There was no guacamole (seriously) no peppers, no onions, no plant based chorizo. If the time was later, I'd understand it better. You need to up your ordering list!Now I know why I don't frequent this place often.

Worst experience I have had in a long time, brought my children to get two bowls of rice and chicken with a burrito bowl and they wanted to charge 28.25 unfortunately that did not add correctly with my calculations and instead of the management helping and explaining the situation they made me feel more upset than I already was.Last time I will ever be setting foot in the Mansfield site.
