Cotton Patch Cafe - Mansfield

Ms. Giselle was prompt, professional, and courteous. A lot of times in restaurants you may not get the service of somebody being prompt and available to do things like staying on top of your drinks. But she was on top of the drinks from the time we walked in the restaurant until the time we left. I would definitely come back to Cotton patch in Mansfield if she would be the one serving us. Courteous staff, and great ambience as well.

Our server, Enoch, was fabulous!! The food was delicious! The manager, Holly, even came over and said hello. Very friendly place?

We've ordered online many times and they always forget the sides. With the most recent order the quesadillas were soggy and had too much cheese. They were out of chicken and dumplings and we weren't notified. They left out two of the sides when they said they would bring them out from initially forgetting them the first time. The kids meal came with soggy fries and warm strawberries and over all the food was cold and soggy.

They had CFS, buy 1 get 1 free. I tried it for the first time and threw it all away $28 later. This is disgusting. Who ever has control of the salt shaker, Please don’t. The salt was overwhelming, you can’t eat it!
