Little Caesars Pizza - Mansfield

I placed a mobile order for 15 pizzas on Friday for a Sunday pickup at 11:30. I arrived at the store at 11:20 and it took them additional 20 minutes to even open the doors. I came back at 12:30 waited 10 minutes it only received 10 pepperonis and was toldto return in 20 to 30 minutes for the five cheese pizzas I ordered. This store seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers I didn'tsee any management. Now my pizza and I or 45 minutes late to the birthday party good job guys.

I just went a picked up pizza from this place for the first time and This is just not acceptable ??????? The pizza is soggy to the point where it breaks when I pick it up I got 3 good slices out of this box and the rest are just disgusting.

Horrible service. I asked for one large pizza and crazy bread and they kept cooking the wrong things. I was their for over 45 minutes waiting. The staff didn't care at all, they were just talking and doing nothing. When I finally did get my pizza andcrazy bread, it was originally someone else's order from a pickup that hadn't arrived, and they were both very over cooked andnearly burned. Don't eat here, they don't care about giving out quality food, they even complained several times about how theydidn't want to be their. My advice: chose another location.

This is how my pizza was delivered to my home and 30 mins late and to top it off we?ve called and called now for 20 mins and no ones picking up New add on. Yet another day I chose one more time to give it a shot and yet failed me again. Ordered on doordash and no issues there but noticed my normal jalapeño sauce wasn?t an option so decided to call and see if I can add to theorder and pay for it and mr Davis answered the phone if that?s even the real name. But was told we don?t do orders over thephone order online or door dash. So I said so if I call back how do I order a pizza over the phone he said u just order over thephone lol. So I can order pizza but can?t add to an existing order for just dang sauce lol won?t be ordering from them again.

Many star reviews and I can certainly understand why. But I had a completely different experience! During the New Year's Eve we exchanged because my lady wanted a deep plate pizza. They were very busy because it was New Year's Eve and they were also among servants. The Lord behind the counter told me that it would wait a long time. Has not really waited so long, not only that, but this man gave us some really delicious bread sticks with marinara totally free for waiting. Surprising service, good pizza and easy on the wallet. I'm sure I'll see you soon.
